Have you ever wanted to facilitate an adult Religious Education (RE) class or small group? Are you a current facilitator who wants to improve your skills? Then this is the class for you! Bridget Laflin and Jennifer Courtwright will guide you through learning about and practicing group facilitation techniques including:
- Creating and honoring a group covenant
- Methods of Equalizing Participation
- Interrupting Microaggressions
- Intervening when necessary
- Conducting Process Checks
Class will be held in the Fellowship Hall on Sunday, Oct. 29th after the worship service from 12:15-2:30PM. A light lunch will be served. Childcare is available upon request. Please register
