Tamalada

The UTSA’s MAS (Mexican American Studies) Program’s Mexican Foodways Course will be holding a Tamalada in the UU Kitchen on Thursday Dec. 4th from 10am -1pm. The class will assemble and cook a variety of different tamales using traditional methods that will include meat and vegetarian options. UU Member Joedy Yglesias will be hosting UTSA Associate Professor Dr. Lilliana Saldana and her class for part of their final project for the course this semester.
