Starting August 6th we will be offering a new class Sunday mornings 9:30-10:30 in the fellowship hall. The class will be short video or podcast based with plenty of opportunity for discussion. Topics for the first few months will be the following: August- “Atheism - Full, Empty, or …What?" September- “Cosmology” October- “Foundations for the Art of Living”

This class, facilitated by Bridget and Jason Laflin, uses classic improvisational acting and comedy exercises as a way to explore spiritual themes such as mindfulness, living in the moment, supporting your community, the importance of your own voice and more.
