Thich Nhat Hanh and UU

Learn more about Thich Nhat Hanh and practice several types of meditation with us: guided and silent, walking, and chanting. Thich Nhat Hanh, peace activist, community builder, author and mindfulness meditation teacher from the Buddhist lineage, made his transition recently. Members of Plum Branch Sangha, the local group that practices in his “Plum Village” tradition, will guide us in study, practice, and optional “dharma sharing” about our experience together; what it means that the new Buddha is the Sangha (beloved community); and how this relates to our UU faith.
