Social Justice Committee FUUnd Lunch

Enjoy food and fellowship while raising funds to support our Social Justice Committee’s outreach efforts. Outreach funds allow the committee to respond to anticipated and special requests and activities, both from church groups and outside organizations.  Examples of how funds have been used in the past include: subsidize tuition costs for Jubilee Three workshop attendees, assistance with local DRUUMM meetings and sponsorship of national DRUUMM services, cover production costs (speaker stipends, supplies, and Audio-Visual services) for community associated church activities such as MLK Dream-Week events, Free Texas Battered Women productions, and reimbursements for church childcare, etc.

Please bring an entree, side, or dessert to share at the lunch. Food can be dropped off in the kitchen before Worship Service. Although not mandatory, donations are highly encouraged. All donations will go towards the Social Justice Committee outreach program. Visitors, as always, eat for free.
