“Being Open to Shared Ministry” presented by the Committee on Shared Ministry — In Unitarian Universalism, shared ministry means that the ministry of a congregation belongs to the whole community—not only to the minister. Ministers, staff, lay leaders, members, and volunteers all contribute their gifts and talents to pursue the congregation’s mission and care for one another.
