Sight Reading Workshop

Come hang out and practice sight-reading in a low-pressure, group setting. We’ll put brand-new music in front of you and see how far we can get on the very first read-through—no advance prep, no homework, just playing what’s on the page in real time.

This session is for players who can already read basic notation and want to get faster and more confident at turning written notes into sound on the spot. We’ll rotate through different styles and levels, and focus on keeping the rhythm going instead of stopping for every mistake.

Bring your instrument, a pencil, and a willingness to miss notes, laugh it off, and keep going.
