Immigration Workshop

Join us for a presentation by immigration attorney and First UU member, Justin Tullius, as he discusses the recent changes to immigration policy that have occurred with the new presidential administration.

Topics will include:

• Constitutional rights of both citizens and noncitizens
• Safety planning in case of encountering enforcement
• Knowing the landscape (where are the immigration courts & ICE detention centers)
• Defenses against deportation for noncitizens after an arrest
• Local resources
