CORE 24 Workshop

The current mission of First Unitarian Universalist Church of San Antonio is to INVITE all into caring community, INSPIRE spiritual growth, INVOLVE everyone in working for a peaceful, just and free world.

This mission was approved by the congregation over ten years ago.  First UU has changed and grown over the last 10 years and it is time to re-imagine our mission.  What is our CORE?  What is the map of our future?

What future is possible when we nurture belonging and connection within, among and beyond our church?

The Board is inviting you to gather in facilitated small groups to tell our stories and talk together about relationships which transform our lives.  These sessions offer each of us an opportunity to probe our hopes and dreams for ourselves and the church and to find the language for expressing our most fundamental values as a community.
