Ministerial Search

The ministerial search process is a structured, year-long journey where congregations form a Search Committee, create a detailed congregational record (profile), and interview candidates, culminating in a spring candidacy visit and congregational vote.

First UU is currently in the midst of our Ministerial Search process, which will hopefully culminate in calling a settled minister in April 2026. The search process is led by our Ministerial Search Committee, who were elected by the congregation in May 2025.
