“Refections On 49 years of Marriage and 35 years of Pastoral Counseling” with Rev. Art Severance – 
My wife, Cathie, and I will celebrate our 49th Anniversary this month; I was ordained 35 years ago. I have lost count of how many weddings I have performed, as well as premarital and pastoral counseling sessions, but there is much to reflect upon! Having studied Family Systems Theory for many years under a Family Therapist and having Love at the center of my Spiritual Humanist theology, I want to reflect on relationships–in religion, church, marriage, and life.
