DESCRIPTION:“It Takes Faith: Rev. Yadi’s Ministry” is a photo exhibit by photographer Salgu Wissmath documenting the life of nonbinary pastor Rev. Yadi Martínez-Reyna and their ministry of running a summer camp for LGBTQ+ youth in Texas. \n\nCheck out Salgu Wissmath’s solo exhibition “It Takes Faith: Rev. Yadi’s Ministry” at First Unitarian Universalist Church in San Antonio through the month of March! Join us for the Opening Reception on Sunday\, March 8 from 12pm-3pm. Meet the artist Salgu Wissmath and enjoy light refreshments. Celebrate Trans Day of Visibility with us on Sunday\, March 29 and meet Rev. Yadi. They will lead an interfaith service from 11am-12pm\, followed by the Closing Reception from 12pm-2pm. DESCRIPTION:Our Religious Education program for children and youth offers classes staffed by trained volunteers\, service opportunities\, sexuality education\, as well as opportunities for fun and fellowship. \nClasses for preschool through high school meet every Sunday on campus from 9:30 am -10:30 am. PK-5th grade meet in Building 5/Rooms 502 & 503\, middle school meets in Building 6/Room 601\, and high school meets in Building 6/Room 604. \nWe also provide nursery services for infants and toddlers from 9:30 am – 12:00 pm in Building 4/Room 401. \nVisit our Youth Religious Education page for more information.
